TSMHA will email teams to confirm their registration has been received.

Team Managers are responsible for ensuring all official rosters, and travel permits are emailed or mailed to TSMHA 3 weeks prior to the tournament.  
*PAYMENT IS DUE 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE TOURNAMENT.  IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED THEN YOUR TEAM WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE TOURNAMENT.

Refund Policy
1. Teams withdrawing from a tournament prior to the 30 day limit will receive the entry fee less a $60.00 administration fee.
2. Teams withdrawing from a tournament within 30 day limit will receive the entry fee less $60.00 administration fee, only if a replacement team has been found.  In the instance where no replacement team has been found, the team who is withdrawing will be reimbursed 50% of their entry fee.  

By submitting this online form, the Team Manager, on behalf of his/her team, releases the sponsors of the about tournament, its officials, arena management, Temiskaming Shores Minor Hockey Association and all concerned with the tournament from liability for any injury or accident which may be incurred by any player or team while participating in the tournament or while travelling to or from the tournament.
