U11, U13, U15 and U18 Select Try Out Registration

Please complete the form to indicate that you are interested in having your child try out for a Select Team for the 2025/2026 season. Players are required to try out for the Select Team, and parents should be made aware that their is an extra cost to participate on the Select Team. Families will be responsible for covering the cost of try outs, games, practices and the Select Tournaments.
